Congratulations on your upcoming nuptial/party! We're so excited to help you celebrate.

 

Capitol Jill Baking's Cakes are whimsical, romantic, and one-of-a-kind creations, featuring seasonal produce, unique flavor combinations, and playful organic decorations. We are big fan of moist, not-too-sweet cakes, with flavorful scratch made fruity fillings, and whimsical floral decorations. We do not use fondant in any of our cakes, offer cake writing, or do themed cake of any kind.​​

To start the conversation, please fill out the form below with as many details as possible. We try our best to respond to all requests within 4 days. We take great pride in looking at your color palettes, reception menu, floral inspiration board, and flavor preferences to craft edible arts for your special day.

A few stylistic notes:

- We do offer delivery for an additional charge. Delivery is required for some larger cake formats.

- We dream of tables with multiple cakes or very long decorative ones. 

- We specifically source locally grown organic flowers and greeneries for cake decorations, and try our best to match your floral vibe, depending on seasonal availability.
