Capitol Jill Baking's cakes are one-of-a-kind creations, featuring seasonal produce, unique flavor combinations, and playful decorations. We are big fan of moist, not-too-sweet cakes, with playful scratch made fillings, and whimsical decorations. We do not use fondant in any of our cakes.

Please note that all items are baked in a home kitchen with potential contaminations with common allergens.

To request a bespoke cake, please fill out the form below with as many details as humanly possible, so we can daydream some unique cake flavor combinations for you. We try our best to respond to cake requests within 4 days. All cakes require at least a TWO week notice.

- Celebration Cakes (one off) for January (limited availability remaining) and February 2025.

- Wedding and Larger Parties (50+ servings) now - end of May 2025.
