Capitol Jill Baking's cakes are one-of-a-kind creations, featuring seasonal produce, unique flavor combinations, and playful decorations. We are big fan of moist, not-too-sweet cakes, with flavorful scratch made fruity fillings, and whimsical floral decorations. We do not use fondant in any of our cakes, offer cake writing, or do themed cake of any kind.

To request a bespoke cake, please fill out the form below with as many details as humanly possible, so we can daydream some unique cake flavor combinations for you. We try our best to respond to cake requests within 4 days. All cakes require at least a TWO week notice.

We're currently booking for April 2026. March is now fully booked. May cake book will open on April 1st (always the 1st of the month prior).

For all WEDDINGS and LARGE PARTIES (50+ servings of cake), we are currently booking until the end of Q2 2026. Please use this form instead.

Please do not submit a cake request for a fully booked date or for a time that we have yet to open the book for, as we can not accommodate those requests.

All items are baked in a home kitchen with potential contaminations with common allergens. Cake is confirmed once payment is received.
