Capitol Jill Baking's cakes are one-of-a-kind creations, featuring seasonal produce, unique flavor combinations, and playful decorations. We are big fan of moist, not-too-sweet cakes, with playful scratch made fillings, and rustic decorations. We do not use fondant in any of our cakes.

Please note that all items are baked in a home kitchen with potential contaminations with common allergens.

To request a custom cake, please fill out the form below with as many details as humanly possible. We try our best to respond to cake requests within 24 hours. All cakes require at least a one week notice.

6" and 9" cakes typically contain 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling.
